A Ph.D. holder in Pediatrics and Neonatology from the University of Cairo Dr. Amal is a member of the European Academy of Pediatrics and the Egyptian society of Pediatrics. With over 32 years of experience in the Middle East, Dr. Amal Joins #OIHospital after having served over 10 years at various hospitals in Oman. She is well known locally having earned the trust of many patients.
Dr. Amal’s specialty includes dealing with neonatal disease, vaccinations, growth and development, Asthma in infants and children, eczema and food intolerance, and allergies. She is well versed in issues related to Anemia in pediatrics, abdominal pain, hair falling, diagnosis of problems of puberty and stature, Infectious diseases, and nutritional problems. She is also well experienced in dealing with issues of newborns and teenagers (till the age of 18).
