Dr Ali Hossein Amini, M.D has joined Oman International Hospital as a Specialist Neurologist. He obtained board certification of neurology from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. He has over 17 years of experience working as senior consultant and assistant professor of neurology at main university affiliated referral hospital in Tehran, Iran. He was also working in Nizwa Hospital in Sultanate of Oman, 2021-2022.
Dr Ali has passed several subspeciality diagnostic and therapeutic courses in the field of Multiple Sclerosis, Headache, Stroke, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular disorders and Dementia in Iran, Europe (Italy, Germany, Poland) and USA (Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School). He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, European Stroke Organization, The International League Against Epilepsy and Iranian Neurological Association.
He has published more than 100 international medical scientific articles and books. He is scientific editor of current Journal of Neurology and International Clinical Neuroscience Journal and reviewer of several international medical journals.
