I am very proud to publicly announce our first international scientific medical symposium, here at Oman International Hospital, in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
On October 15th, 16th and 17th of 2023, Oman International Hospital will be hosting a Revisional Bariatric Surgery International Symposium and Workshop, which will include live surgeries, lectures and discussions, all of them presented live and shared online with the medical community worldwide.
For the first time in Oman, some of the most prestigious and eminent international bariatric surgeons will be present in Oman International Hospital to perform surgeries and discuss many issues relating to the fascinating and topical subject of metabolic and bariatric surgery.
We will have the opportunity to review the current status and practices of metabolic surgery, as well as to perform and discuss some of the newest and technically most demanding surgical procedures, developed to bring solutions to patients in an era where metabolic surgery has become the gold standard in the treatment of diseases which pose a threat to all developed countries.
We will have the leading, world-renowned figures of this field physically present with us in Oman International Hospital, sharing their experiences with us, demonstrating their surgical expertise and practices during live broadcast surgeries, as well as giving us the opportunity to learn from their experiences in a unique atmosphere of international medical collaboration.
