Dr. Talal Khalifa Rashid Al Shabibi is a Consultant Neurosurgeon specialized in spine, vascular, and skull base neurosurgery, with advanced training from Aix-Marseille University and Hôpital Nord.
He has extensive expertise in complex brain and spine surgeries, including minimally invasive and endoscopic spine procedures. Currently serving at Nizwa Hospital, he plays a leading role in advancing neurosurgical services and expanding specialized care.
Dr. Talal is recognized as the first surgeon to perform cerebral bypass surgery in Oman and has introduced advanced skull base surgical approaches with strong clinical outcomes.
