Dr. Rahima Al Mahruqi is a highly experienced ophthalmologist with over three decades of clinical practice, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. She earned her medical degree in 1989 from Bahrain and completed her glaucoma fellowship at the prestigious King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital (KKESH).
Dr. Al Mahruqi served for 23 years at Al Nahdha Hospital, one of Oman’s leading eye care centers. Her contributions to ophthalmology include active involvement in medical education and training, having been a teaching faculty member at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital (SQUH) and a member of the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB).
