Dr. Amr Ahmed Redha
Endocrinology
Dr. Amr graduated from Sultan Qaboos University in 2006, after which he completed advanced surgical training, becoming certified by the Oman Medical Specialization Board in 2015. He furthered his expertise by completing a 2.5-year fellowship in endocrine surgery at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, University of Birmingham.
Currently, Dr. Amr serves as the Head of the Endocrine Surgery Unit and Department of General Surgery at Royal Hospital. He plays a pivotal role as a core member of the Thyroid and Endocrine Multidisciplinary Team.
Dr. Amr has a strong academic background, with active involvement in international clinical trials and a robust publication record in peer-reviewed medical journals. He regularly presents at national and international conferences and has received numerous postgraduate awards, as well as recognition from surgical journals.
