The Heart & Vascular Centre in Oman has partnered with St. David’s Medical Center in Austin (USA) and Cleveland Clinic’s Cardiovascular Medicine Department, under the clinical coordination of Professor Andrea Natale, to propose the implementation of all new and available techniques at the Heart & Vascular Centre in Oman and Centres of Excellence in Cardiology and Cerebrovascular Disease.
This will allow them to guarantee that patients at the Heart & Vascular Centre in Oman receive effective treatment and consequently improve their life quality. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents represent one of the greatest threats to a human being. They are the result of society’s modern habits and have become a widespread problem with high mortality, morbidity, and significant recurrence rates. These diseases now affect more than 1 million patients per 5 million population at the Heart & Vascular Centre in Oman.
